XIV M.O.M. MALLORCA OPEN MASTERS 2008
WELCOME
We, from Esports Masters “Esmàs”, are proud to welcome all the nationals and foreign Masters Swimmers, coming to Palma de Mallorca for the XIV M.O.M. MALLORCA OPEN MASTERS.
We thank the entire public and private Institutions, also the Balearic Swimming Federation which have co-operated on the Organisation of these international Masters Meeting.
Every individual competitor or Team should have paid the entry fees at the moment of entering the Competition. and have been registered by his local Federation.
Foreign Swimmers are able to pay the entry fees prior start of the Competition.
90 minutes before the Competition. Last 30 minutes, lines 0,1,8 and 9 will be reserved for Sprints.
During competition warm up and warm down possibilities will be available at the side pool.

from 14.30 -16.00 from 8.00-9,30
A calling area is located on the pool side near the tribune.
Swimmers shall report to the calling are at least 2 events prior to his own event..By the 400m only one even before.
The swimmers shall leave the pool by there sides, taking care not to step on the touch panels.
DRESSING ROOM
Lockers are avaleble, a 2 euro coin is needed to close the locker, recoverable by leaving the locker empty at the end of competition.
COCKTAIL
The
invitation to Cocktail, offered by Esports Masters “Esmàs”, will take place
at the Swimming pool area (upper terrace) after the last event on Saturday
evening.
Due to false touch, possible error,disqualifications,etc, the results can not be considered officals until the Judge says so.
START LIST
A complete start list will be delivered to the team delegates Friday at 17 hours at the Secretary´s office from the Balearic Swimming Federation
The delegates shall report as soon as possible the errors they find on the start list, to make possible the correction prior competition.
Teams with 5 swimmers will receive 1 set of Instructions, Start list and Results..Teams with 6-10 swimmers, 2 sets..Teams with up to 15 swimmers, 3 sets. Teams up to 20 swimmers,5 sets.
I.D
All the participants should have their I.D in case of need by the organization or by withdrawal of the medals.
The Jury will deliver to the teams representative, the relay cards prior the beginn of the competition
The relay cards shall be completed with swimmers names, licence number, date of birth, age, total years of team, and relay swim order.
The swimmers who do participate in a relay must have ben preregistrered by the organization. Those swimmers which have not ben registrered in advance by the organization will not be able to swim in a relay.
Medals will be awarded to the first three swimmers on each individual event and age group for men and women.
Trophys will be awarded to the first three swimmers on each age group, men and
women for the "Nadador Completo"
also to the first
three relay teams.
Medals and Trophys will be given in a place to be designated by the Organization, showing of ID will be necessary
Results will be delivered to the teams representatives at the Secretary´s office from the Federacion Balear de Natacion. , at the end of each journey.
